About Hosting
Anyone is welcome to host an event during Charlotte Fintech Week - from private corporate roundtables to community networking mixers.
Hosting is a great way to highlight your company’s thought leadership and connect directly with the ecosystem.
**Please note that all logistics, including creating the event page, managing RSVPs, securing the venue, and curating content is the responsibility of the event organizer.**
Host Responsibilities
Anyone is welcome to post an event and the process for submitting an event is entirely free.
Please note that all logistics, including creating the event page, managing RSVPs, securing the venue, and curating content is the responsibility of the event organizer.

Lock in event details (date, time, location, title, and description)

Create an event registration page on Luma that will be included in your event proposal submission. If, for compliance reasons, you are unable to use Luma, please contact us through the form at the bottom of this page

Add info@revtechlabs.co as a host/manager on your event and submit event form on Charlotte Fintech Week website.

Include the following language and our logo somewhere on your registration page and link to our website:

"This is an official event of Charlotte Fintech Week. To learn more please visit charlottefintechweek.com."
